No sculpting going on here.
Much of my early ZBrush efforts consisted of playing with primitives and constructing abstract compositions - with lots of help from Photoshop.

Girl Before a Mirror (2012)
Homage to Picasso and Albert Hoffman.
In the background we find Grandma Van D'lay's famous recipe for Rookworst Stroopwafels.

First 3D conversion of Grandma Van D'lay's oft used secret code.
Untitled (2011)
