Turnip Faced Goat Monster (Final Render) (2016)
This was a one off I made for a friend whilst in the thick of a very long project. I needed a break and this filthy beast was just what the doctor ordered.
In the background you'll find the coded recipe to Grandma Van D'lay's oatmeal cookies; cookies so motherfucking delicious they've been known to trigger spontaneous bouts of violent psychosis in rats.

So what is there to say then about this smelly old bag of bones?
Clearly he's a judgmental bastard who can shame one into submission, but when I was working on him he was throwing off definite Scottish serial killer vibes. I imagined him prowling the streets of Glasgow in a grimy Econoline van, luring small children into the back and dismembering them thusly.
Now, I'm thinking he looks like a sea captain, so maybe I had him all wrong. Could be he's just a tragic soul with a complicated past and acne.

What you need to know is that in his world all toddler males are forced to endure a horrific bloodletting ritual, wherein the Book of Glarbnark is carved in their flesh in ancient heiroglyphics (see above). Those who survive grow up sworn to revisit their suffering on human children.  Why they choose humans (or Glasgow, specifically) I'm afraid I can't explain.
Or maybe I'm wrong and he is just some kindly old sea captain after all...

Oh, who am I kidding?  Of course he's bad.  Just look how he wallpapers his apartment!!
